Terms of Service
1. The service
The service generates a personalised beauty report (colour analysis, makeup/grooming, hairstyles, outfits) from uploaded photos using AI. The provider is Altum Borys Nowicki, ul. Sucharskiego 5/22, 10-693 Olsztyn, Poland, NIP (tax ID) 5782989788 (your card statement will show “Altum”); contact: hello@lucevio.com.
2. Payment
The report is a paid service. Payment is handled by Stripe; we do not store your card data.
The price of the “managed” report depends on the site language you order in: 70 zł (Polish), €16 (English), 850 ₴ (Ukrainian). The amount and currency are always shown on the payment button and on the Stripe Checkout page before you confirm — those are what binds the parties.
3. Nature of the report
The report is informational, entertainment and aesthetic in nature. It is not professional advice (medical, dietary, etc.). AI results may be imperfect and we do not guarantee their accuracy.
4. Right of withdrawal (digital content)
By ordering a “managed” report you agree to immediate commencement of the service. Under consumer-protection law, once the service is fully performed (the report generated) you lose the right of withdrawal.
5. Affiliate links
The report may contain links to shops. Some are affiliate links — we may earn a commission on purchase, at no extra cost to you.
6. Data and privacy
Data processing (including biometric data) is described in the Privacy Policy. Uploaded photos are deleted after the report is generated.
7. Complaints
Submit complaints to hello@lucevio.com; we will handle them within 14 days.
